Due to continuing expansion CField are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Site Engineer to join our team in Limerick.

SUMMARY OF ROLE: Reportingtothe Senior Project Manager, the Senior Site Engineer will work closely with the site and office teams to deliver projects to the highest possible standards.
They will work to deliver CFields management processes and procedures, ensuring the safe successful completion of the project on time, on budget and to the highest quality standards.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Duties include but are not limited to: Gaining detailed knowledge of the Design and Specifications Coordinating Architectural, Structural, Civil and M&E designs for impacts to substructure and superstructure elements Questioning the designs to seek out efficiencies and discussing with the Senior Project Manager Timely management of RFIs and Submittals on Procore.
Leading and managing student/graduate/site engineers on site Raising local grid survey coordinates for site setting out purposes.
Overlaying CAD layouts and interpreting Revit models for the purposes of setting out Coordination with Subcontractors, Suppliers and staff on and off site Timely planning works to ensure EHS, quality, programme and budgetary targets are achieved Assisting the Project QS with the measurement of work, daily outputs etc.
Liaising with Clients representatives and Design Team as and when requested by the Senior Project Manager Timely ordering and control of materials on site in conjunction with the Project QS Ensuring timely site records are maintained on Procore Managing, coordinating and supervising services installs, particularly Uisce Eireann and ESB Completing any other reasonable duties as assigned by line manager KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Degree/Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering/Construction Management or related discipline Strong setting out experience Previous Uisce Eireann experience Previous groundworks, r.c.
and timber frame building experience desirable Strong knowledge of construction details Excellent attention to detail Proficient IT skills, including AutoCAD, Revit and Civil 3D Strong communication skills
