This position is for a 2-3 month contract Key Responsibilities Provide high-level executive and administrative support to senior leadership and departmental management.
Manage complex diaries, coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to enquiries professionally and efficiently.
Monitor correspondence, including email and telephone communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-up actions.
Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, proposals, briefing documents, and meeting papers.
Attend senior management meetings, take accurate minutes, and monitor the completion of agreed actions.
Coordinate meetings, events, and hospitality, including venue bookings, logistics, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
Build and maintain effective working relationships with a broad range of internal departments and external organisations.
Provide administrative support for projects, ensuring documentation, timelines, and deliverables are effectively managed.
Support procurement processes, process invoices and expenses, and assist with budget-related administration.
Maintain accurate records within internal systems, databases, and electronic filing systems.
Assist with leave administration and other HR-related administrative processes.
Order office supplies and coordinate general office administration, including post, courier services, filing, and document management.
Assist with the development, implementation, and maintenance of internal policies, procedures, and administrative processes.
Maintain accurate records of key stakeholder contacts and support relationship management activities.
Deliver a professional, customer-focused service while meeting agreed deadlines and service standards.
Undertake additional administrative duties and projects as required.
Key Skills & Experience Previous experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Senior Administrator role.
Excellent diary management and meeting coordination experience.
Strong minute-taking and report preparation skills.
Experience organising meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Experience using business systems such as HR, finance, or document management systems is advantageous.
Ability to work independently, exercise discretion, and maintain confidentiality. xyswxtq
