This role is central to delivering high-quality surveys, ensuring compliance with national standards, and providing clear technical guidance to homeowners and project teams.
Key Responsibilities Survey homes referred by SEAI and other contractors to confirm insulation areas.
Liaise with contractors and SEAI to resolve any discrepancies.
Communicate with homeowners to explain upgrade works (e.g.
window replacement, EWI, IWI, cavity wall insulation, heat pumps).
Ensure all paperwork is completed and submitted accurately for each job.
Manage the job lifecycle, coordinating between subcontractors, internal staff, and homeowners.
Oversee project progress and ensure snag-free completion.
Requirements 3 years plus experience in building surveying or a similar construction-related role.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple jobs and stakeholders simultaneously. xyswxtq
Full EU driving licence required.
