General Manager

Signarama Montco is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our growing signage company. The GM is responsible for ensuring projects move efficiently from order entry through production, installation, and completion while leading our team and maintaining operational excellence. This role is focused on leadership, accountability, process improvement, team development, and overall business performance. The GM will work closely with ownership to execute company goals and drive organizational success.

• Lead, coach, and develop team members across customer service, design, production, and installation.
• Manage daily workflow, scheduling, and production capacity.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, accurately, and profitably.
• Monitor quality control and customer satisfaction.
• Improve systems, processes, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor budgets, labor utilization, and operating expenses.
• Track key performance indicators and company profitability.
• Resolve escalated customer and operational issues.
• Assist ownership with planning, forecasting, and strategic initiatives.

• Minimum 5 years of sign industry experience (required).
• Previous sign company management experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of custom signage, vehicle graphics, ADA signage, wall graphics, illuminated signage, production, and installation processes.
• Proven leadership and team development experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Financial and operational management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, departments, and priorities simultaneously.

• Experience with sign industry software, estimating systems, and project management platforms.
• Experience managing production schedules and installation teams.
• Knowledge of permitting, fabrication, and sign manufacturing processes.

Total Compensation: Up to $100,000 annually
