We are searching for a Program Manager to join our team in Beverly, MA!
Job Description
- He/she is expected to manage complex, high value and high potential software implementations in the Life Science vertical.
- Identifies and applies approved analytics to transform customer data into information, then uses Cold Chain expertise and technical writing skills to communicate issues and actions to the customer as required.
- He/she is responsible for managing the content and delivery for customer reports and other communications according to defined department standards.
- The program manager participates in the development of technical documentation, reports/dashboards, presentations and other sales support activities; they follow-through to manage program implementations with internal and external customers using Sensitech's proprietary software solutions.
- Drives change and uses new or unique solutions in business situations.
- Regularly interfaces with a cross-functional management team including, but not limited to DMS/Reporting Services, Support Services, SWE, Sales and Project and Program managers.
- Has daily contact with Sensitech's global Professional Services department team members, in person and by phone and email.
- Maintains frequent contact with both internal and external customers and interacts with a wide range of customers and team members with varied backgrounds and perspectives.
- Customers will primarily be located in the North America region, but because of the global nature of customers, some EMEA support and minimal Asia or South America support is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of life science, supply chain, or logistics work experience
- 3+ years of project management or program management experience
- 1+ years in a customer facing role
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time (domestic)
Pay Range
The annual salary for this position is between $79,000.00 - $158,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
Other Compensation
This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
