Job Description You will provide advanced and/or unprecedented scientific and/or technical guidance and recommendations to top-level administrative and technical management officials within the STRL, DoD, other federal agencies, and academia. You will perform and/or manage research and development in the physical and engineering sciences and other fields closely related to the Center's mission. You will be responsible for rigorous yet agile systems engineering and disciplined technical leadership in the development of Communication and Network Systems. You will lead engineering, development, and integration of seabed-to-space systems and capabilities. Covers tactical/enterprise networking, commercial/military communications, and positioning, navigation, and timing (PNT) systems.
