About

Supporting federal growth initiatives within the Defense Health Agency, the full-time remote Proposal Solutions Architect will lead the development of compliant and customer-focused proposal responses, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate complex healthcare IT solutions into clear narratives. Key responsibilities:
Lead the development of technical and management proposal content for federal healthcare opportunities Partner with Business Development and Capture teams to design solutions aligned with DHA operational priorities Analyze solicitations and develop technical strategies to support mission-focused win themes
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, Business, or a related technical discipline 10+ years of experience in IT, systems engineering, or enterprise technology environments 5+ years of experience in federal proposal development and technical solutioning Strong ability to translate technical concepts into evaluator-ready narratives for federal healthcare customers Working knowledge of modern IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and Agile methodologies
