About

To support a federal agency, the full-time salaried Systems Administrator II will troubleshoot and repair IT systems, assist with preventative maintenance, and provide technical support to users while ensuring system integrity and performance. Key responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair various physical IT systems Assist with preventative maintenance and ensure backups and updates are performed Install software releases and system upgrades, evaluating and resolving software-related issues
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or similar field with 2-4 years of related experience, or 6 years of related experience in lieu of a degree Experience in Windows System Administration Customer service experience Familiarity with Microsoft-based PC and server operating systems (Windows 10 and Server 2012 or higher) Working knowledge of VMWare and remote solution software
