About
Our client seeks a QA Analyst II to support the Money Makers team. The role requires strong Quality Assurance expertise across automated and manual testing within an Agile environment. The analyst will create and review test assets, contribute to automation frameworks, integrate tests with CI/CD, and collaborate with team members to deliver reliable, value-focused solutions. The position will also document QA practices, participate in story grooming, and mentor peers on tools and methodologies.

Rate: $35.00 to $48.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities
Recommend software testing solutions aligned to applied technologies.
Ensure adherence to Quality Assurance standards and processes.
Create automated and manual test scripts.
Collaborate with automation team members to define guidelines, templates, and standards.
Perform peer code reviews for automated test scripts.
Implement testing tools with CI/CD test execution.
Teach QA practices and tools to Agile team members.
Document QA practices and processes.
Participate in user story grooming with Agile team members.
Demonstrate continuous learning, adaptability, initiative, and teamwork.
Experience Requirements
3 to 5 years as a QA analyst in a technical environment.
3 to 5 years with test management tools such as Octane, Quality Center, or Azure DevOps.
3 to 5 years with UI test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, UFT, TestProject, or MS Test Studio.
3 years with source-to-target data integration and ETL testing.
3 years with API testing.
1 to 3 years of Agile delivery in a matrixed organization.
Proven experience with test automation frameworks.
Proven experience maintaining testing tools and CI/CD test execution.
Awareness of current QA trends and best practices.
Preferred: 3 years with API tools such as Postman or ReadyAPI, performance tools such as LoadRunner or JMeter, and automated data validation tools such as QuerySurge, RightData, or PowerCenter.
Education Requirements
High school diploma or GED required.
Knowledge acquired through 5+ years of work experience.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
