Administration Officer

Our client is looking for Administration Officer's to Join their team in Limavady. 

Pay Rate: £13.75 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:00pm 

Start Date: 1st July 2026 
Duration: 4 October 2026

Location: First Floor Crown Buildings, 9 Connell Street, Limavady, BT49 4AN

Job Duties:

Experience of Kodak Software Alaris Capture Pro Software, Preparing files for weeding/uploading (scanning) in conjunction with DFC guidelines/procedures & action under relevant GDPR guidelines.•Moving and manipulating roll cages filled with paper files. 
•Transferring paper files from roll cages to racking. 
•Sorting of paper files into alphabetical order and placing into storage racks.
•Removal paper files from storage racks as detailed on printed lists.
•Review of paper files to select documents suitable for destruction. Placing of selected   documents in bags ready for secure destruction. 
•Placing of bags in roll cages and moving of cages to secure location to await destruction.   
•Selecting paper files as detailed on printed lists for invoicing, enveloping and transfer to other locations via the internal courier service as and when required.
•Scan and upload documents from paper files using Multifunctional Devices and Personal Computers 
•Ensure file store work areas and storage racks are maintained and comply with Health and Safety. 
Essential Criteria:

• 5 GCSE's A*-C including Maths and English (must be able to show evidence)
• A criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
