Key Responsibilities Manage diverse audit engagements from initial planning and strategic execution through to final completion.
Partner closely with Firm Partners and the broader Audit Team to deliver exceptional service and drive strategic growth across a varied client portfolio.
Act as a mentor and supervisor, actively supporting the technical and professional development of junior staff and trainees.
Go beyond the numbers to provide clients with strategic, actionable insights while continuously expanding your own market expertise.
Key Requirements Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
3-5 years of progressive experience within a dedicated Audit role, with a proven track record of leading teams.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to foster teamwork and collaboration.
A proven ability to navigate tight deadlines seamlessly while maintaining high quality.
