About

Headcount Solutions are seeking to recruit aSnr Electrical Quantity Surveyor for one of our multinational client sites in Dublin.

Role The assignment is expected to run over a period of approximately 8 to 12 months and will involve occasional travel to attend post-tender clarification meetings with prospective bidders.
Upon completion of the tendering phase, there may be an opportunity for the successful candidate to transition into a post-contract administration role, subject to project requirements and their willingness to travel to the project site.
Responsibilities Produce capital cost plans and provide cost advice during project development.
Plan, coordinate, and administer competitive tendering and procurement activities.
Prepare, compile, and issue tender documentation, ensuring all required information is complete and accurate.
Develop pricing schedules, Bills of Quantities (BoQs), and other commercial documentation to support the tender process.
Manage the end-to-end tender process, engaging with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Analyse and commercially assess tender returns, preparing recommendations for contractor selection.
Facilitate tender queries, clarification meetings, and commercial negotiations to achieve the best project outcomes.
Prepare detailed tender assessment reports, including commercial analysis and award recommendations.
Support the negotiation, preparation, and execution of contract documentation.
Ensure all procurement activities are carried out in accordance with organisational policies, governance requirements, and relevant legislation.
Work closely with design and project teams to confirm that tender information is coordinated, complete, and suitable for issue.
Monitor commercial and procurement risks throughout the tendering process and recommend appropriate mitigation measures. xyswxtq
Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure all documentation is managed in accordance with audit and quality assurance requirements.
