They will be shortly undertaking a healthcare project in Dublin where they will be responsible for the delivery of construction & fit out works.
They are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to be based full time on site reporting into a Contracts Manager.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience of delivering similar healthcare/hospital projects and come with a relevant trade and / or technical qualification.
The role will entail: Day to day supervision of site works, labour, sub-contractors Preparation and updating of Project Programmes and tracking of progress Identifying staff/material/plant requirements in good time and ensuring they arrive as programmed Chairing weekly site management and look ahead meetings Attending review and progress meetings with clients representative Communicating and liaising with commercial team on variations, extra works and sub contractor performance. xyswxtq
Good client communicator and hosting site walkdowns when required This is a growing division in the company and a contractor with multiple facets to the business and a strong order book for 2026 with repeat clients.
