The Role As Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Lead, support, and motivate the warehouse team to achieve productivity and quality targets.
Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure stock is stored and handled correctly.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organised warehouse environment.
Allocate daily tasks, manage workflow, and support staff scheduling.
Work closely with Operations and Logistics teams to ensure customer deadlines are met.
Promote health and safety best practices across the warehouse.
What We're Looking For 25 years' experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
Previous experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader is highly desirable.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Ability to motivate and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts or reach trucks is an advantage.
Comfortable with manual handling and being on your feet throughout the day.
Basic computer skills and experience using warehouse or inventory management systems.
