Key Responsibilities
Install,terminate,label,anddressCategory(Cat5–Cat6A)andfiberopticcabling
Testinstalledcablingusingappropriatecertificationequipment
Installandconfigureracks,cabletrays,patchpanels,cabinets,andworkstationoutlets
PerformMDF/IDFbuildoutsandensurepropercablemanagement
Interpretblueprintsandsystemlayoutstoexecuteinstallationsaccurately
Operateliftsandadheretoladdersafetyprotocols
Communicateeffectivelywithteammembers,supervisors,andclientrepresentatives
Maintainqualitystandardsandmeetprojectdeadlines
Qualifications Required
Highschooldiplomaorequivalent
Validdriver’slicense
Workingknowledgeofstructuredcablingstandards(ANSI,TIA/EIA,BICSI)andNEC
Familiaritywithdatanetworkinfrastructure
Abilitytofollowsafetyprotocols,includingOSHAstandards
Strongattentiontodetailandabilitytoworkindependentlyoraspartofateam
Abilitytoliftupto75lbsandworkinphysicallydemandingenvironments
Willingnesstotravelandworkflexiblehours,includingoccasionalevenings,weekends,andovernightassignments
Abilitytopassbackgroundcheck,motorvehiclerecordcheck,anddrugscreening
Preferred
Littletonoexperienceincommercialorindustriallow-voltageinstallationwillbeconsideredforaLevelIrole
2+yearsofexperiencewillbeconsideredforaLevelIIrole
