Sales Manager - Power Tools Scotland £40,000-£50,000 DOE Overview We are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to join a fast-growing organisation operating within the tools, equipment, and retail supply chain sector. This role will focus on driving revenue growth by building partnerships with tool retailers and distributors, expanding existing accounts, and identifying new business opportunities across the UK market. The Role Develop and execute a business development strategy targeting tool retailers, distributors, and trade outlets Identify, engage, and win new business opportunities within the power tools, hand tools, and accessories market Build strong relationships with key decision-makers including buyers, category managers, and store networks Manage and grow existing accounts, increasing revenue and share of wallet Deliver compelling product or service propositions tailored to retail customers Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs within the tools sector Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to enhance offering and delivery Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and sales reporting About You
