Design Manager
to join a leading specialist contractor delivering high-profile faade, glazing and building envelope projects across the UK. This is a senior leadership role, responsible for managing the design function across multiple projects, ensuring technical excellence, programme delivery, and effective coordination between clients, consultants, project teams and manufacturing. Working on complex, high-value projects, you'll lead a team of designers while driving innovation, quality and compliance throughout the design process. The Role
As Design Manager, you'll take ownership of the design process from project handover through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest technical standards. You'll manage internal and external design teams, coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces and provide technical leadership across the business. Key Responsibilities
