Account Management
End-to-end ownership of account management; ensuring process adherence and compliance; driving team performance and attendance; and demonstrating a passion for excellence in work. Key responsibilities include:
- Understanding and carrying out allocated tasks and responsibilities in a timely and consistent manner and delivering results to exceed ones own standards.
- Formulating the key result areas of the team leaders and team members. Conducting appraisals and feedback sessions with team leaders and agents at regular intervals. Performance and SLA management and ensuring good customer satisfaction feedback from both internal and external clients. Planning and coordinating the staffing activities of the respective processes in accordance with documented policies and procedures.
- Ensuring adherence to attendance records, login times, and unscheduled absences.
- Effectively managing client relationships in order to maintain and grow their existing business to ensure revenue generation.
- Managing the budget and schedule for the projects assigned, responsible for managing multiple assigned onboarding projects to completion, coordinating interrelated operational tasks required to support the proposed solution.
