Senior Operations Manager

We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager who wants more than a job. The Senior Operations Manager serves as the operational leader of the business and reports directly to the Owner. This individual is responsible for overseeing all production operations, managing the Operations Manager, driving profitability, developing systems, improving customer satisfaction, and building a high-performing team. This is a leadership role for someone who thinks like an owner and understands that operational excellence drives company growth. Success will be measured by profitability, customer satisfaction, project execution, team performance, and operational efficiency.

Compensation: $125,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year

Base Salary: $75,000-$95,000 Quarterly Performance Bonus: Up to $60,000 annually based on operational scorecard performance. Target Earnings: $125,000-$175,000+ Exceptional performers may exceed these earnings through bonus and profit-sharing opportunities.

This role includes a pathway to participation in the company's long-term Phantom Equity Program. Phantom Equity allows key leaders to share in the future value and success of the company without requiring a capital investment.
