Supervisor/ Key Holder

As a Shift Supervisor / Key Holder, you'll play an important leadership role in the daily operations of the business. This is a hands-on management position requiring strong leadership, customer service, and operational skills.

• Oversee daily operations and supervise multiple departments
• Ensure high standards of food quality and customer service
• Assist with staff leadership, scheduling, inventory, and sales management
• Support kitchen operations, including making pizzas and food items as needed
• Ensure staff follows all health and safety standards
• Lead by example and help build a positive, high-performing team
• Maintain Zazzo's Pizza operating procedures and service standards
• Communicate clearly and effectively with staff and guests

Preferred / Required Skills:

• Food Service Manager Certification preferred
• BASSET Certification preferred
• 12 years of supervisory experience in food service or customer service
• Experience with profit & loss responsibilities is a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic business math and accounting knowledge
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Comfortable with computers and restaurant operations
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on leadership style with strong integrity
• Organized, dependable, and team-oriented
