• Perform sampling and testing of aggregates, concrete, and related materials to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain accurate testing records and communicate results clearly to operations teams.
• Calibrate, operate, and care for laboratory and field testing equipment.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying potential quality concerns and recommending corrective actions.
• Assist with customer support, troubleshooting, and product performance inquiries.

• Ability to perform accurate testing using established procedures and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail with consistent documentation and communication skills.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in fast‑paced environments.
• Comfort working in field, plant, and laboratory settings.
• Commitment to safety practices and quality standards.

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

• $25.00 to $29.32 per hour
