Associate Nurse Manager

UCHealth is seeking an Associate Nurse Manager to support leadership of our Healthcare & Medical Services team. This role partners with the Nurse Manager to oversee daily unit operations, ensure safe, evidence-based patient care, and support a diverse nursing staff. Responsibilities include supervising clinical practice, managing staffing and resources, driving quality and patient experience initiatives, and fostering collaboration across disciplines.
