West Monroe has an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Partner, Data & Analytics, to join our growing Technology & Experience practice and lead our Data & Analytics discipline. The Senior Partner in Data & Analytics is a senior executive leader responsible for driving growth, innovation, and client impact across West Monroe’s Data & Analytics discipline. This role blends market‑facing leadership, client delivery excellence, and firm stewardship, with accountability for building and scaling differentiated data, analytics, AI, and cloud‑enabled offerings.
As a trusted advisor to C‑suite executives, the Senior Partner shapes enterprise data strategies that unlock measurable business value, while mentoring the next generation of leaders and advancing West Monroe’s collaborative, entrepreneurial culture.
Key Responsibilities Market & Growth Leadership
Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts, serving as executive sponsor and trusted advisor
Lead new business development, opportunity origination, solution shaping, and executive sales
Identify emerging trends in data, analytics, AI, and digital transformation
Collaborate across disciplines to deliver integrated solutions
Client Impact & Delivery Excellence
Guide enterprise data and analytics strategy and execution
Ensure high‑quality delivery across complex engagements
Act as escalation point for critical client matters
Champion industry‑specific analytics solutions
Practice & Capability Development
Set strategic direction for Data & Analytics offerings
Develop intellectual property and accelerators
Partner with talent leaders on hiring and development
Build leadership bench and succession plans
Firm Leadership & Culture
Serve as steward of West Monroe’s values and culture
Contribute to firmwide strategy and investment decisions
Foster inclusive, collaborative, high‑performance teams
Act as internal and external thought leader
Qualifications Experience & Expertise
15+ years in consulting or industry leadership roles
Proven track record building and scaling consulting businesses
Executive advisory experience with C‑suite leaders
Deep knowledge of modern data ecosystems
Optional Experience & Expertise
Experience growing partnerships with vendors such as Databricks, Snowflake, GCP, AWS, and Microsoft
Experience growing and leveraging near‑shore capabilities
Experience scaling through leverage of global systems integrators
Incorporation of Agentic AI into project delivery and/or into client solutions
Leadership & Influence
Executive presence and strong commercial acumen
Collaborative, values‑driven leadership style
Passion for developing high‑performing teams

Compensation Based on pay transparency guidelines, a reasonable expectation for the salary range for this role is listed below. Information on our competitive total rewards package, including our bonus structure and benefits is here. Individual salaries are determined by evaluating a variety of factors including geography, experience, skills, education, and internal equity. Employees in proximity of our Seattle, Washington DC, Los Angeles, New York, and San Francisco offices will have a geographic premium applied to this salary scale.
$380,000—$513,000 USD
Benefits Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, purchase shares from our employee stock ownership program and be eligible to receive annual bonuses. Employees will also receive unlimited flexible time off and ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Eligibility for ten weeks of paid parental leave will also be available upon hire date.
