About the Role Essity North America seeks an experienced Customer Logistics Data Analyst to support regional logistics projects, programs, and process improvement initiatives through in‑depth analysis and implementation of customer‑logistics activities across Business Units.
What You Will Do
Manage supply‑chain data reporting to enable root‑cause analysis of manufacturing, distribution, inventory, and sales issues.
Prepare, analyze, and interpret data, and make recommendations.
Help develop process changes for various groups to support continuous improvement.
Communicate to all levels of the organization and help develop service metrics, goals, and actual performance.
Monitor progress against project plans, identify risk areas, and implement corrective actions.
Work closely with business users.
Provide data application support and analysis for supply‑chain systems.
Report project status, accomplishments, backlogs, and other activities that may impact priorities to management.
Use or lead technically advanced tools to enhance process design.
Help establish cross‑functional processes that result in automated and optimized outcomes.
Lead efforts to extend Essity’s Service Management business processes to all internal and external stakeholders.
Participate in special projects requiring advanced analytical support, ensuring data integrity and proper interpretation.
Support all other Business Logistics department functions as assigned.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
At least 1–3 years of business analysis experience.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint) and Power BI.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions.
