Retail Sales Representative – TCC, Verizon Authorized Retailer We are looking for a motivated sales associate to join our team and help create a meaningful experience for our customers and our community. Pay Average Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 per year Competitive hourly rate Uncapped commission Monthly bonuses Annual profit‑sharing bonus Same‑day guaranteed hourly pay options Day in the Life A typical day begins with welcoming customers in store and extends to phone interactions, building connections, understanding needs, and delivering solutions that create value and exceed expectations. You will receive ongoing training, collaborate with teammates, and have opportunities for growth. Your work also touches community involvement beyond the store. Telecommunication or wireless sales experience preferred; experience in a fast‑paced wireless retail environment is a plus. Must be able to work guaranteed full‑time hours with a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Reliable transportation; may be required to work at multiple locations. Physically capable of standing, sitting, walking and bending for extended periods, lifting up to 10 pounds, and standing for 10% of the time. Legally authorized to work in the United States.
