Swim Development & Performance Pathway Lead

Life Leisure in Stockport is seeking a highly motivated Head of Development to lead the coaching of young swimmers. This role involves managing the development pathway, working closely with experienced coaches, and linking lessons to performance coaching.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 2 Award in Coaching Swimming and experience in swimming coaching. This position also offers opportunities for continued mentorship and personal development.
