**Responsibilities:** - Shape industry narratives across both business and technical domains, addressing intricate challenges proactively. - Envision the future trajectory of the organization and delineate technology's role in achieving those objectives. - Develop an innovative vision for Marketing Data Engineering, embracing cutting-edge platforms and tools. - Lead and inspire a technical team, nurturing individual growth and fostering a collaborative culture. - Cultivate a culture of continual learning and exploration within the Data Engineering landscape. - Architect and implement scalable data solutions on Azure, leveraging premier tools and services. - Engineer resilient data pipelines to facilitate seamless data ingestion, transformation, and storage. - Innovate in data modeling, schema design, and CI/CD automation to enable agile deployment practices.
**Requirements:** - Expert years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering across On-Premises and Cloud-based platforms. - Proficiency in Azure Data Factory, Databricks, PySpark, Python, and associated services. - Demonstrated leadership experience in managing technical teams and driving successful project outcomes. - Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
