About

About the Role As a CBRE Mobile Facilities Technician supporting a healthcare client, you will play a key role in maintaining safe, reliable, and efficient building operations across multiple sites. In this role, you will be responsible for performing repairs, troubleshooting issues, and responding to facility needs across several buildings.
This Monday–Friday position requires a skilled technician who can independently perform a wide range of maintenance tasks while delivering exceptional service to our client.
What You’ll Do
Conduct routine checks on life-safety systems to ensure compliance and proper functionality across multiple facilities.
Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
Inspect fire extinguishers, exit signs, and emergency lighting to verify correct placement, proper illumination, accurate pressure levels, and up-to-date inspection tags.
Review assigned work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs. Manage and track completion.
Inspect new or existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
Use communication skills to exchange straightforward information. Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co‑workers, and supervisors.
Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
What You’ll Need
High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Valid Driver’s License required.
Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Mobile Facilities Technician position is $20.19 per hour and the maximum salary for the Mobile Facilities Technician position is $24.00 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
