This role focuses on leveraging your expertise to enhance the training of next-generation AI systems. You will play a crucial part in shaping how models learn, reason, and perform by providing high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is necessary; your domain knowledge is what truly matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and optimize existing infrastructure to ensure robust system performance and reliability.
  • Support network operations, proactively identifying and resolving issues to minimize downtime.
  • Implement new systems and enhancements, aligning with modern best practices in infrastructure management.
  • Collaborate closely with the customer''s team to coordinate deployments, upgrades, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Document processes, configurations, and changes to maintain clear and comprehensive records.
  • Support the integration of virtualization technologies into existing environments.
  • Proactively monitor system health and recommend improvements for efficiency and security.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Expertise in network administration and infrastructure management.
  • Strong experience with virtualization technologies and platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues.
  • Proficiency with written and verbal communication in a remote, collaborative environment.
  • Solid understanding of system security best practices and strategies.
  • Experience with system monitoring and performance optimization.
  • Ability to document technical processes clearly and thoroughly.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with VMware solutions.
  • Previous work supporting distributed teams or remote environments.
  • Background in supporting teams for innovative and growing organizations.
Work Terms:

Contract position with remote work flexibility.

Compensation:

Hourly rate ranging from $30 to $130.
