Job Overview Ingest, clean, normalize, and structure chatbot conversation logs and user utterances into intent-ready datasets. Support pre-trained intent classification systems by maintaining intent taxonomy, validating labeled data, and identifying missing or overlapping intents. Analyze conversational data by intent, entity, user segment, channel, fallback cases, and low-confidence predictions. Generate insights to improve chatbot journeys, response accuracy, intent coverage, and overall conversational experience. Build dashboards, reports, and data stories to present trends, gaps, and recommendations to business and product teams. Required Skills and Qualifications Strong Python skills for data manipulation using Pandas and NumPy. Experience with text preprocessing, data cleaning, tokenization, normalization, and data structuring. Working knowledge of NLU concepts, intent classification pipelines, chatbot workflows, and entity extraction basics. Experience analyzing conversational datasets such as chat logs, transcripts, or user utterances. Ability to create dashboards or reports using Tableau, Streamlit, or similar tools. Strong analytical thinking, communication, and data storytelling skills.
