Louth Salary: €40,000€45,000 DOE We are currently working with a dynamic client who is looking to hire an experienced Office Manager for a permanent, full-time position.

As Office Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the enterprise centre, ensuring the smooth running of the facility while delivering an outstanding experience for tenants, visitors, and stakeholders.
You'll play a key role in building a welcoming, professional environment and supporting a vibrant community of businesses.
Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for tenants, visitors, suppliers, and stakeholders, providing a professional and welcoming service.
Manage the day-to-day administration of the centre, including enquiries, bookings, correspondence, and record management.
Coordinate the maintenance and upkeep of the building, liaising with contractors and service providers to ensure the facilities are maintained to a high standard.
Build strong relationships with tenant businesses, responding to queries and fostering a positive and collaborative community.
Coordinate meeting rooms, networking events, workshops, and other centre activities, including room setup, catering, and attendee communications.
Design marketing materials using Canva and support social media activity, newsletters, event promotion, and general communications.
Assist with tenant onboarding, office moves, building access, and the promotion of available workspace and centre services.
Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in office management, administration, facilities management, community management, or a similar customer-focused role.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service focus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace, with experience using Canva.
A proactive, hands-on, and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to work independently and use initiative.
