Information Technology Resource Teacher – Riverlawn Elementary School May 19, 2026
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
Holds or eligible for a Virginia teaching license in elementary school with an endorsement in appropriate subject area
Demonstrated knowledge of subject content, curriculum, methodology of effective teaching
Ability to apply knowledge of current research and theory to instructional programs
Skilled in the use of multi-media and computer technology to enhance learning
Ability to establish and maintain effective collaborative relationships with students, peers, administrators, and parents
Demonstrated skill in oral and written communications; excellent human relations skills
A minimum of three years of successful teaching experience with proficiency in the use of a wide variety of up-to-date technology-related instructional equipment. Proficiency in public speaking and written communication to express and/or exchange ideas. Sensitive to people and their concerns. Able to handle responsibility, work independently, and maintain collaborative working relationships with students, families, staff, co‑workers and community agencies.

Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) status Exempt
Months/Days/Hours 10 months, 200 days, 7.5 hours per day
Salary Level Licensed
Salary Scale 10 Month Teacher Salary
