Required Experience

• 15+ years of Program/Project Management experience
• 5+ years of Digital Banking or Financial Services Transformation experience
• Strong experience managing large-scale enterprise programs across Business and Technology teams
• Proven experience driving digital transformation initiatives within regulated environments

Key Responsibilities

• Manage program intake, prioritization, budgeting, and financial planning
• Partner with Business and Technology stakeholders to drive delivery roadmaps and execution plans
• Collaborate with Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence
• Manage cross-functional dependencies across Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, Operations, and Vendor teams
• Drive stakeholder alignment, governance reviews, issue resolution, and executive reporting
• Lead end-to-end Go-To-Market planning and execution for digital initiatives
• Manage program scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables
• Establish governance frameworks, escalation processes, and program reporting standards
• Mentor project and program managers while driving delivery excellence
