Required experience:

• Minimum 5+ years of leadership or management experience in a Quick Service Restaurant
• Must have worked as a GM for other QSR (AM business experience strongly preferred)
• Top-notch customer service skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Ability to work at the store level to ensure the company's and brand's operational standards are met
• Excellent leadership skills
• Works well under pressure and is able to multi-task
• Financial literacy and analytical/problem solving skills
• Access to a vehicle and a valid Driver's License required
• Fluent in English
