Job Details
Become a technical expert across our full product line of lighting controls and inverters, and transfer that knowledge to customers, reps, and internal teams
Develop and deliver technical presentations, sales support materials, and certified AIA training programs
Provide technical support and training via phone, email, MS Teams, and in person, diagnosing issues and driving them through to resolution
Partner closely with National Sales Managers to build sales proposals, run product demonstrations, and ensure equipment meets customer system requirements
Build and grow client relationships that strengthen the brand, with roughly 30 percent travel expected
