About

Job Title

Engage closely with CX Product Managers to successfully execute on CX initiatives. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, and completion of critical programs.

Plan and drive the Customer Support Portal (CSP) Roadmap. Drive the CSP sprint ceremonies on a regular basis and ensure cross-functional teams are aligned with the set of programs and priorities and informed of planned schedules for new or enhanced offerings. Manage dependencies with cross-functional team members. Build & manage Program schedule, timelines, stakeholder engagement and drive trade-off conversations with senior leadership. Communicate program updates to senior leadership. Effectively track and lead multiple CSP programs simultaneously. Develop deep relationships with cross-functional teams.

Remote is OK-West coast hours preferred.

Skills:

Prior work experience with NPI, Licensing products, CSP or product development is a must. Minimum 10 years of Program Management experience in an Agile environment. Demonstrated ability to lead multiple complex programs simultaneously. Ability to set priorities and recommend trade-offs to keep teams focused. Proven ability to manage ambiguity, and a preparedness to take on what is needed to get things done. Being able to influence & lead teams in a matrixed organization. Experience working with cross-functional business teams to launch new services or products. Experience working with Product and Engineering teams. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business or equivalent education/training/experience.
