Roles and responsibilities include leading restaurant operations, striving to be a top performer, supporting the general manager, demonstrating integrity, fully comprehending and performing every station in the restaurant, overseeing cash management, actively training and coaching employees, ensuring a fantastic guest experience, following food safety guidelines, supervising scheduled shifts, upholding facilities standards, and completing facilities and food safety processes.

Requirements include being at least 18 years of age, meeting scheduling needs, strong food prep experience, ServSafe Certification preferred, previous training experience preferred, minimum one year of restaurant experience, and physical requirements such as standing, lifting, vision, bending, dexterity, working in fast-paced environments, working in tight spaces, and working in high noise-level environments.
