Your key responsibilities

  • As a plumbing installer, you will be responsible for repairs and minor installations in the hotel as well as in the staff housing, ensuring smooth operations.

  • The inspection and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and plumbing systems falls within your area of responsibility, ensuring efficient and energy-conscious operations.

  • You will carry out regular inspections of guest bathrooms to ensure they consistently meet the highest standards and offer our guests a pleasant stay.

  • During events, you will support the technical setup and ensure that all plumbing requirements are professionally implemented.

  • In addition, you will participate in snow clearance and contribute to the operational fire safety team, ensuring the safety of our guests and staff.

  • You will take on occasional on-call duty shifts to respond quickly and reliably to emergencies as they arise.

Our Offer

  • Permanent, year-round position.

  • 5-day work week on average, with 43.5 hours.

  • 5 weeks of vacation and 6 public holidays per year.

  • 13th-month salary from the start of employment (pro rata temporis).

What you bring to the job

For this highly varied position, you ideally bring the following:

  • Completed vocational training as a heating engineer, plumbing installer, or equivalent further qualification.

  • Professional experience in a larger hotel operation is an advantage.

  • Good command of German as well as spoken Italian; English skills are an advantage.

  • A sense of responsibility and an independent, precise working style.

  • High resilience, strong team orientation, and a solution-driven mindset.
