Air Reserve Technician Isr Flight Commander
The primary purpose of this position is: as an Air Reserve Technician (ART) officer, to serve as the ISR Flight Commander in AFRC Squadrons. The incumbent has responsibility for all ISR operational training and operational matters for the unit. The incumbent also has responsibility for orchestrating related Air Force Reserve integration into global ISR AirForce operations and training via associated programs.
- Provides expertise on Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) operations, HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT/MASINT, Acquisition Intelligence, Targeting, All-Source / Fusion Analysis, and intelligence products for execution of ISR tasking, collection, processing, analysis and dissemination.
- Organizes, plans, and oversees the activities of the Group's operations and training programs.
- Serves as an AFRC ISR expert, interfacing with AFRC and AF ISR Operations Centers, to maintain command/control/oversight and tasking of Air Force Reserve Forces within the ISR Squadron as well as Regular Air Force (RegAF) ISR units, missions, and operations.
- Manages the Flight operations and training, apportioning and scheduling programs for ISR members.
- Manages ISR training and readiness for the ISR Flight.
