Primary Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy AI‑powered solutions using no‑code, low‑code, and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows and decision‑making.
Build high‑performing and scalable data systems, applications, and data pipelines to process very large amounts of data from multiple sources.
Develop services, controls, and reusable patterns that enable the team to deliver value safely, quickly, and sustainably in the public cloud and on‑prem.
Collaborate on Big Data systems and features within an Agile environment.
Collaborate with cross‑function teams of developers, senior architects, product managers, DevOps, and project managers.
Deliver solutions that are devoid of significant security vulnerabilities.
Foster high‑performance, collaborative technical work resulting in high‑quality output.
Proactively automate infrastructure, application and services to enable an automated delivery through the CI/CD pipelines to the cloud and on‑prem.
Help convert current on‑prem ETL pipelines from .NET to cloud using Azure Data Factory/Data Bricks.
Help maintain current .NET framework until conversions are complete.
Maintain excellent time management, communication, decision‑making, and presentation skills.
Display a strong desire to achieve and attain high levels of both internal and external customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
7+ years of experience in large Database Administration.
7+ years of experience with SQL Server (T‑SQL), including performance tuning, indexing strategies, and Query Store analysis.
7+ years of experience with High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions such as Always On Availability Groups, mirroring, enterprise data security.
4+ years of experience with data replication tools such as Service Broker.
4+ years of experience with partitioning.
4+ years of experience supporting Data Integration tool SSIS from a connectivity and performance troubleshooting perspective.
2+ years of experience monitoring and alerting in an enterprise environment (e.g. Redgate).
2+ years of experience managing Cloud databases (Azure SQL DB, Azure Synapse, SQL Managed Instances, or Snowflake), including storage optimization and cost management; monitoring and alerting tool Azure Monitor; and managing data integration tools (Azure Data Factory) from a connectivity and performance troubleshooting perspective.
2+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions/Azure App Service) specifically for automated database deployments and schema migrations.
2+ years of experience automating database tasks using PowerShell or Python.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full‑time employment. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401(k) contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
