Business Analyst - Project Lead Location: Cayse SC On-site/Remote/Hybrid: Hybrid (4 days onsite per week) Duration: 12 Months with possibility of Extension Interview Process: 1 Round (Virtual) Note: Candidate MUST be a SC resident or willing to relocate to SC prior to starting the role at their own expense. Required Skills:
3+ years of experience with HRIS systems. 5+ years of experience with state HR/payroll processes, data privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA, FLSA), and regulatory compliance frameworks. 5+ years of experience in creating user guides, SOPs, process diagrams, and technical documentation. 5+ years of experience in reporting, dashboard creation, and data visualization.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Experience with industry standard information security practices (PII, PHI) Previous experience working with State or Federal Government
