Physical Therapist

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based geriatric rehabilitation in a patient-centered setting. As part of our clinician-owned practice, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions to older adults across the continuum of care. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and caregivers, document outcomes, and contribute to clinical excellence.
