Monday-Friday, 40 hours WORKER TYPE:
W2 Contractor
CORE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience developing and supporting applications throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including coding, testing, implementation, and production support. Strong experience developing, testing, and deploying
ETL/ELT
processes across multiple data sources, targets, and platforms. Experience designing, optimizing, and maintaining enterprise data pipelines and data warehouse solutions. Strong programming experience with excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently across a diverse technology portfolio while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Epic certifications in
Cogito Fundamentals ,
Clarity Data Model , and
Caboodle Data Model . ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Experience building scalable, reliable, and efficient data pipeline architectures. Strong understanding of conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling. Experience supporting data warehouse environments, datasets, and production data pipelines. Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) best practices. Experience handling sensitive healthcare data, including Protected Health Information (PHI) and Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Ability to participate in Agile development methodologies and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders. WE CONSIDER IT A BONUS IF YOU ALSO HAVE:

Facets . Experience developing CI/CD pipelines and automation processes. Experience collaborating with Business Intelligence Developers, Data Scientists, Data Analysts, and Enterprise Architects. Cloud-based data engineering experience. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, develop, test, and deploy ETL/ELT processes across multiple data sources, targets, and technologies. Build, optimize, and maintain scalable data pipelines supporting enterprise analytics initiatives. Collaborate with architects, business intelligence developers, analysts, and data scientists to deliver high-quality data solutions. Provide operational support and troubleshoot issues related to data warehouses, datasets, and data pipelines. Participate in the design and implementation of conceptual, logical, and physical data models. Mentor intermediate-level engineers by providing technical guidance and recommendations. Develop and maintain CI/CD processes to improve deployment efficiency and reduce manual effort. Follow organizational SDLC standards and best practices to ensure reliable, high-quality data assets. Ensure compliance with organizational policies governing PHI and PII. Participate in Agile ceremonies, technical planning sessions, and backlog grooming activities. Work independently and collaboratively to capture, document, estimate, and deliver technical solutions. WHAT WE OFFER:
