Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, or related field, or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in instructional design or content development Demonstrated experience in designing blended learning solutions for operational environments Strong proficiency in developing presentation materials and performance support tools Experience with instructional design tools and content authoring platforms
