Act as the first responder for the OS team, performing preliminary troubleshooting and managing the ticket queue Document troubleshooting steps and assist in escalated incidents within the ticketing system Consult on internal and customer environments, maintaining and deploying advanced OS configurations
Required qualifications:
3-5 years of experience with Microsoft server platforms and integrations Experience in Citrix administration (VDA, Storefront, Delivery Controllers) In-depth knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022/2025 platforms Basic knowledge of Active Directory, SQL Server, and DNS Experience supporting environments on VMware ESXi, Azure, or AWS
