Required qualifications
5+ years of experience in Technical Support or data recovery and backup solutions, with knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCP Hands-on troubleshooting knowledge in networking, storage systems, hypervisors, and container solutions Prior experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in delivering technical demos and pilots Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in PowerPoint presentations Relevant industry certifications in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.) are preferred
