Seeking a full-time Lead Security Architect, the successful candidate will design enterprise-grade security frameworks, ensuring alignment with Zero Trust Architecture principles while working remotely from Herndon, Virginia. Key responsibilities:
Lead the design and evaluation of enterprise security architectures in accordance with Zero Trust Architecture principles Serve as the primary technical liaison between enterprise architects and systems security engineers to implement security controls Provide critical input to the Risk Management Framework process and manage security requirements throughout the acquisition life cycle
Required qualifications:
10+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity, including 5+ years in security architecture or a senior technical role One or more relevant certifications such as CISSP, GSEA, or GDSA Deep proficiency in IT architecture frameworks like TOGAF, DoDAF, or FEAF Mastery of Zero Trust Architecture principles and comprehensive knowledge of NIST 800-series and RMF Ability to translate operational requirements into technical protection needs and communicate effectively with stakeholders
