Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related analytical field; Master's degree preferred 10+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles Deep expertise in Power BI and SQL, including experience with scalable semantic models and executive dashboards Strong understanding of data modeling, KPI design, and data governance practices Proven ability to lead complex analytics initiatives from concept through implementation
