Location: 1349 West Peachtee Street NW, Atlanta GA Must be a US citizen and fully vaccinated against COVID-19 This position is in person. The primary day-to-day responsibilities will entail machine configuration/software break-fix (Windows OS-Apple IOS), deskside support services (deskside and remote), hardware break/fix (Client-Dell-Apple), onsite hardware repair, client incident updates (in person/on the phone/Service Now), and process parts ordering and returns. The top two required skills that candidates must have are A+ and deskside support experience. Candidates should have 2+ years of overall experience. A+ certification is needed. The work schedule for this position is Monday to Friday, 8-5. If contract to hire, the conversion rate is $23/hr. The exact work location is Atlanta, GA. Candidate review and interviews will start ASAP. There are no upcoming vacations or time out of the office.
