About
Design, build, and maintain Alteryx Designer workflows that automate recurring GTM data processes across Salesforce, Snowflake, Google Sheets, and other sources
Implement and extend standard Alteryx workflow templates, macros, and best practices for naming, versioning, logging, and audit controls
Operationalize GTM workflows that support account and GTM group composition, territory and segment modeling, lead and account routing, and pipeline/attainment reporting
Build robust input and output patterns (e.g., governed file locations, Snowflake tables, Salesforce loads) to ensure workflows are repeatable, traceable, and supportable
Collaborate with GTM Strategy & Ops and functional stakeholders to refine business rules, edge cases, and success criteria for each workflow
Optimize existing workflows for performance, reliability, and maintainability, including containerization, modularization, and macro reuse
Implement control checks, record-count validations, and error-handling patterns to support downstream audit and compliance needs
Document workflows clearly (purpose, inputs, transformations, outputs, dependencies, run cadence) in Confluence, Sheets, or other internal documentation tools
Partner with Alteryx COE/administration teams on promotion to Server, scheduling, dependency management, and environment best practices
Provide light enablement and handoff support to internal users so GTM teams can self-serve, monitor, and raise issues effectively
Required Skills
4+ years’ experience building and maintaining Alteryx Designer workflows in a production or quasi-production environment
Experience working with GTM or sales-related data sets (accounts, territories, leads, opportunities, quotas, product metrics, pipeline)
Experience connecting Alteryx to at least two of the following: Snowflake, Salesforce, Google Sheets/Drive, relational databases, flat files (CSV/Excel)
Experience implementing workflow best practices such as standardized naming conventions, templates, macros, logging, and change tracking
Proficiency in SQL for data profiling, joins, aggregations, and validation of Alteryx workflow outputs
Ability to translate written business requirements and Google Sheet-based rule sets into clear, testable Alteryx logic
Strong attention to detail and quality mindset, with demonstrated ability to balance speed and accuracy in data processing
Effective communication skills to collaborate with GTM Strategy & Ops, Sales Operations, and analytics partners in a distributed environment
